    1. Stage I 1.1 Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test 1.2 Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT)

    Stage I involves two tests: the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test, which assesses the candidate's logical and analytical ability, and the Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT), which evaluates the candidate's perception and storytelling skills based on a given picture.

    Stage II consists of multiple tests and tasks conducted over several days to assess various aspects of the candidate's personality and suitability for an officer role.

    1. Conference 1.6 Final Board Conference

    The Conference is the last phase of the SSB, where all the assessors gather to discuss and finalize the selection of candidates based on their performance throughout the testing process.

    It is essential to accurately represent the sequence of tests in the SSB to provide candidates with a clear understanding of the evaluation process they will undergo. The SSB is a comprehensive selection system designed to identify individuals with the potential to become effective leaders in the Indian Armed Forces.
